Health care services that do not fall under a strict definition of medical treatment, but are directly related such as x-rays, physical therapy, nutrition services or lab work.

Critical Access Hospital (CAH)

Created to provide medical care in areas where there is limited access to providers. These hospitals and care facilities receive payment considerations from Medicare.
